Year constructed: 2012

The assignment was to build on a plot of land at a unique location directly on Lake Zurich. The challenge was to do justice to the ethereal ambience while complying with all the legal restrictions associated with construction in such a location. The result is a classic residential house based on the formal language of a «case study house».
