The «Rötelberg», situated above the city at the foot of the Zugerberg, was chosen as one of the five Zug pearls by the city of Zug: places whose special use goes hand in hand with high demands on urban, landscape and architectural design. On the two plots with a total of almost 12,000 m2 of land, four first-class residential buildings were built. The residential development «Rötelberg» with 32 high-quality condominiums offers a lot of privacy and flexibility in the floor plan despite the dense construction.
